These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of mimeticmachines.com and its content (the “Site”), operated by Mimetic Machines Labs, Inc. (“Mimetic Machines”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not deprive you of any protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
