Partnerships Manager - Human Data

The role

Mimetic Machines builds learning and deployment environments for physical AI.

As Partnerships Manager, you will own our relationships with the organisations whose sites we work at in Karachi. You will bring new partners in, structure the agreements that govern our work together, and make sure every commitment we make to a partner is kept, from the first conversation to the last payment.

The partners you bring in, and the trust you keep with them, decide where we can work and for how long.

What success looks like

After six months, our partners in Karachi take your call first, every engagement has a signed agreement and a settled account behind it, and the founders no longer need to be in the room for a partnership to move forward.

What you will do

• Build the partner base. Identify the organisations we should work with, open the conversation, and take them from a first meeting to a signed agreement.
• Own the agreements. Terms, consent, renewals, and the records behind every partnership, kept current and kept in order.
• Keep our commitments. Every partner paid correctly and on time, and every question answered the same day.
• Run the back office. Contracts, payments, and the administrative questions we work through with the founders and our advisers.
• Keep everyone informed. A clear monthly picture of every relationship, for the founders and for the partner.

You may be a good fit if you

• Have three to six years in partnerships, sales, procurement, or operations, dealing directly with the owners and senior managers of industrial, healthcare, or distribution businesses in Pakistan.
• Have taken agreements from a first meeting to a signature, and know what to do when one stalls.
• Are meticulous with paperwork and money. Every commitment you make has a date and a document behind it.
• Write and speak clearly in Urdu and English, with business owners and with professionals abroad.
• Are based in Karachi, for a role that involves travel across the city most days.

Strong candidates may also have

• Experience in supplier onboarding or procurement at a manufacturer or distributor.
• Worked with accountants or lawyers on commercial agreements in Pakistan.
• A standing among business owners in Karachi's industrial areas.
