Field Manager

The role

We record skilled work at partner sites: workshops, factories, and farms. More than 50 sites are in our network today, and your job is to open the next market and own it end to end. This is a founding role, working directly with the founders.

Karachi is one of our core capture markets. Within months you should know its industrial areas better than anyone on the team: which workshops exist, who runs them, and what a fair day rate is.

What you'll do

• Source site partnerships with workshops, factories, and farms. Close them.
• Own the market: know its industrial areas better than anyone, who runs the workshops, and what a fair day rate is.
• Prep each site: consent, payment terms, schedules, floor plans.
• Set the capture schedule and hit the monthly target for sites and hours.
• Build and lead the field team: hire and manage the field engineers who run capture days.
• Own the numbers: cost per site, payouts, and what each market is worth.

What we look for

• High agency: you decide fast with incomplete information and own the result.
• 3 to 8 years in operations, logistics, marketplaces, or consulting, with a track record of closing partnerships and running things on the ground. Or you're an exceptional outlier.
• Fluent Urdu and English.
• Comfortable with hardware in your hands and dust on your shoes.
