Data Quality Lead

The role

We build data for physical AI. You'll own data quality: review data yourself at first, then write the rules and build the team that does it.

Every model we fine-tune inherits your calls on what counts as good data.

What you'll do

• Review and annotate data. Decide what passes.
• Write clear guidelines with examples, so every reviewer makes the same call.
• Check reviewers' work, measure accuracy, and fix the cause of mistakes.
• Hire and train reviewers.
• Work with engineers to improve the quality checks.

What we look for

• 1 to 4 years in data labeling, content review, quality control, or operations, or an engineering or science degree.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Fluent English.
• You've led people before, or want to.
